There was a way of executing scheduled jobs, but I can't find it anymore. Has it been removed?

Hasn't been removed - that option will not appear on the computer details screen unless you have at least one scheduled task selected.

Should it be visible if I have tasks scheduled as "one time only" set to the past?

That's usefull when I wish to manually rerun a task.

The visibility is decided based on the scheduled tasks selected in the PC Monitor Manager app - please check that your tasks are selected there.
