cjs1976 Posted February 17, 2017 Posted February 17, 2017 Hi, we use the Pulseway MSP edition, and it would be cool to have more details in the Computer Information: Customer Location Computer Name Some of our Customers have more than one office, and so it would be easier to administrate. Thanks, Christian.
Administrators Paul Posted February 20, 2017 Administrators Posted February 20, 2017 Hi Christian, You could use the tags feature for this along with the computer notes. You can also combine tags by creating Scopes which will ease the navigation (especially now that we've introduced a better way to filter the systems on the webapp). -Paul
cjs1976 Posted February 21, 2017 Author Posted February 21, 2017 Hi Paul, can you give me an example (screenshot), because I don't understand correctly... Thanks, Christian.
Administrators Paul Posted February 23, 2017 Administrators Posted February 23, 2017 Check out this blog post as it describes the use of tags and scopes. -Paul

cjs1976 Posted March 2, 2017 Author Posted March 2, 2017 Hi Paul, I have again some questions: 1. With the Windows App I can't use tags? 2. With the WebApp I can't use a minus (e.g. software-agentur)? 3. There seems to be no tag administration where i can add, rename and delete tags? I am still testing... Thanks, Christian.
Administrators Paul Posted March 2, 2017 Administrators Posted March 2, 2017 Hi Christian, 1. The Windows App is missing the possibility to browse systems by tags / create tags. This is will be included in the next release. 2. This is a bug which we will resolve in the next release. Thanks for the report. 3. You can add tags from the computer details, tags. -Paul
