I would really love to know when my computer was last seen online (Date and Time if possible). This information should be included when the computer is offline. It's useful to know when the computer got offline if you don't actually monitor it's power state.

Any comments on this?

This is already implemented - "Offline since..." label is displayed for the offline computer.

For me the best it will be to extend information to "last known status" of the machine. For example external IP, hard disk info, etc.

This would mean that Mobile PC Monitor would have to store your data onto their servers, something that is against their current policy.

We will add the last known IP address.
