Not able to downgrade account

I have currently 14 seats under my account and I would like to downgrade it to 5 but I can't seem to.

I already emailed support a week ago and never got an answer.

I have also been trying to contact your sales/support team via multiple mediums (Twitter, telephone, email and now on your forums) to get an answer to this question. Can you please send me a PM to clarify?
