Hi, My predecessor used an email address for the account username which I would like to be able to change but I can't see how to do this.  

Also, I've changed the email address for the account and the password and I now seem to be stuck in some sort of lockout loop so neither the old (old email address) username and either the old or the new password will let me back into the account.  

I am monitoring 20 machines so I'd like to resolve this as soon as possible before all the monitoring fails.  I've reset the password several times but to no avail.
