I did install Pulseway in December, only to discover that my chipset was not yet supported. When I heard about an update, I tried to check if it was now supported. However I get the message that my account is deactivated when I open the app on my iPhone as well when I triy to log in on the website. Why is it deactivated? I tried creating a new account and I got the message that my email address is already in use. So how can the account be reactivated?
