Hello!

I haven't found a way to do this. What I would love to see is the ability to mark the notifications as read/addressed in the console/iOS app, essentially resetting it to green without deleting the notification entirely, so that we can keep a log of the notifications.

The red light remains red as long as there is a notification for that computer. There is not "Mark as read" function at this moment.

I thought as much. Would be a great added feature!

Read / Unread notification support will be added in a future release.

Great to hear! We just purchased a 25 license pack a week ago for testing and are impressed so far. We look forward to this being implemented!

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
