Good Morning (Australian Time)

ive started using Pulseway for a few of my clients and have found that if i reboot the machine, Pulseway doesn't automatically start up again on two of them, was wondering whats going on, one is a win 8.1 machine the other is win 10.

If i manaully log onto the machine i have to open pulseway and press start services for the device to start responding to dashboard, remote control etc..

Hi Tevita,

Welcome to the Pulseway community. From experience with Windows 10, a lot of windows services fail to start at startup. A workaround for this problem is to set the service startup mode (from services.msc) to Automatic (Delayed).

Also try going to the Pulseway Programs Folder and locating the service executable and checking the security permissions.  I found adding full control for the user profile can resolve the issue.
