Hi, I'm having trouble configuring alerts for Windows Server Backup.

I have enabled and configured PowerShell User Impersonation, but when I try to 'Validate Requirements and Settings' in the Windows Server Backup section under Server Modules, it returns with error 'ExecuteChecks timed out after 15 seconds'.

The system is Windows Server 2012 R2 datacentre edition configured as a workgroup machine (not on a domain).
