Since upgrading to Windows 10 a local account that I did not create has been appearing on my laptop. I delete the account but it reappears after a couple of hours. Could this be a function of Pulseway monitoring?

Pulseway doesn't create user accounts on the system it runs. This is not caused by the Pulseway agent.
