Hi,

I've had Pulseway running on this server for some time now however we've noticed Pulseway has reported the server as offline for the last 17 days.
We've been trying to get into the app but noticed it's stuck as not responding within Activity Monitor. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application but had no luck.
Each time you open it, it instantly goes to not responding. What can I do to restore functionality and monitoring?

Thank you for your report. Please run the following commands as root:

launchctl remove com.pulseway.PulsewayHelper
rm -rf /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.pulseway.PulsewayHelper.plist
rm -rf /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.pulseway.PulsewayHelper
rm -rf /var/root/Library/Application\ Support/Pulseway/

and then download and install Pulseway agent for Mac one more time.

Hi Chris,

I wonder if you can help me further, Pulseway has indicated the particular server has now gone offline.
After checking the Mac I can see it is in actual fact online just not talking with the Pulseway servers.
Looking in the Console I can see the application is crashing every couple of seconds and generating hundreds of crash.plists in Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports.
