toby.kershaw Posted October 6, 2015 Posted October 6, 2015 Hi,I've had Pulseway running on this server for some time now however we've noticed Pulseway has reported the server as offline for the last 17 days.We've been trying to get into the app but noticed it's stuck as not responding within Activity Monitor. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application but had no luck.Each time you open it, it instantly goes to not responding. What can I do to restore functionality and monitoring?

Please run the following commands as root:launchctl remove com.pulseway.PulsewayHelper rm -rf /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.pulseway.PulsewayHelper.plist rm -rf /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.pulseway.PulsewayHelper rm -rf /var/root/Library/Application\ Support/Pulseway/and then download and install Pulseway agent for Mac one more time.Chris
