Delegate limited manage access to associated accounts

To support the need I have, where I want to delete some functions (manage rights) to an Associated account ie. Read Only rights are not enought and Full Access is to much, it would be needed to specify on a per system level, which general,services, Network, Scheduled task etc. the Associated account is granted manage access to.

 

I may want to grant the manage rights to restart a specific service on a specific system to a specific account - currently not available.
