Posted June 11, 20159 yr When i load the app on my phone, it my phone appeared online until i shut my computer down from my phone  Once i turned on my PC from my phone my PC appears as offline on my phone  Any help?  -----I managed to fix this by uninstalling the software and reinstalling it---- Edited June 11, 20159 yr by chrisgreenwood123
