we have problem with CPU Usage of PCMonitorSrv.exe. On one server this process uses about 30% CPU. I tried to restart service and server, but it is still same. Do you have any idea, where is problem?

Welcome to the Pulseway community. Can you please rebuild your performance counter and restart the operating system to see if it solves the problem?
