Invalid username and/or password (202). - Account Problems

Hello Guys,

 

Today my adroid app and my Pulseway Manager show me this Message "Invalid username and/or password (202)." but the passwords are stored and not touched for month.

when i try to order a new password i got the message "Invalid account details (1011)." and the best part if i try "recover your username" the website says " No account found for email address '.....'". but a few days ago i recieved at this mail address pulyseway notfications.

 

whats wrong with my account ?

my accoutname is nusspli

Welcome to the Pulseway community. The accounts that are inactive for a long period of time are being removed from our servers. You need to create a new account.

hmmm why inactive ? the pulseway manager is connecting permanent to pulseway servers for monitoring.

 

is there any chance to get an free account like my "old" account, not only 30days test ?
