I would like to activate the Lock checkbox in PC Monitor Manager but it says "Unable to activate the lock feature". What can I do?

What version of PC Monitor agent do you have? It should be 2.5.1, please check.

Yes, it's the latest version 2.5.1.

Seems to be an issue is some cases - are you starting the PC Monitor app as Administrator?

The issue will be fixed in the next release - 2.6

The PC Monitor is starting as Administrator on Windows 7. When will the next release 2.6 be published?

    3. Adjust your preference.
