cannot get user login notification

Hi,

 

Welcome to Pulseway community. Please make sure that the system is not in maintenance mode as that will prevent all notifications and check that there is no Pulseway Group Policy (Pulseway Manager->Manage Systems->Manage Group Policy) disabling those particular notifications.

it was a group policy.  We didnt have the user logon monitor checked in the group policy because we didn't want to get notified about every computer in the group.  We simply turned it on for the pcs we wanted and it was never turned off by group policy.  We just turned off the group policy.
