I don't see an option for remote desktop in my.pluseway. Is remote desktop available for windows 8.1?

Pulseway Remote Desktop (beta) sessions can only be created from the Pulseway Dashboard (windows desktop app) for the moment. Click here to go to the Downloads section of our website and download Pulseway Dashboard.

I use to be able to use my old iPhone 3GS to view my computer's desktop using the remote desktop feature in the IOS app. However, now that I have purchased a new Samsung Note, I can't find this feature anywhere in your Android app.

Welcome to the Pulseway community. We never had a Remote Desktop option on the mobile apps, maybe you're confusing the Remote Desktop feature with the Live View feature where you can view the screen on your mobile device.
