Small Remote Desktop Issue

Hi all, Have to say, Pulseway is a fantastic product and it exactly the type of tool we need to monitor the health of PCs based nationally. I do have one small issue though. If a PC is on and a user logged in, I'm able to connect remotely. If a login is required, the remote session stalls then fails. Is this fixable in the client configuration?

Thank you for your report. Can you please tell us what operating system is running on the agent side? Also, what happens if you login, the remote desktop session closes? Do you see any crash logs in the Application Event Log on the agent side?
