hello, I can not run the WOL ... I enabled the bios, the network adapter, the TCP / IP Simplified, the rule in the firewall and port forwarding in modem tp-link .. The PC is reactivated by WOL using an address broadcast messages, but I should change modem .. help ...

yes,I forwarded UDP port 9 > 192.168.1.11 port 9 ....

I also removed the fast boot in Windows 8.1
