I tried Both x86 and 64 bit versions and even ran troubleshooter to see what the issue was. i used to use this on my windows 7 os but tryed on windows 8 and get this error. the picture shows the error im getting and my hardware.

 

I can't see the image, what error are you getting?

 

Edit: I managed to finally open the image. I believe that the download might have been corrupted, can you try downloading the msi file again? Also, try running the msi file as an administrator.

 

If that doesn't work, post here a full verbose installer log after invoking the msi file with the following switches:

msiexec /l*v "install.log" /i "Pulseway_x64.msi"
