I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. I have installed the PC Monitor Software, but when I click start service. It starts for a few seconds then stops. I have no idea what to do, please help

This happens when an invalid account has beed set up. Please check this by pressing the "Validate Account" button.
