Active Directory not found on this computer

For some reason it is telling me that Active Directory is not installed on my computer. Although it detects that exchange is installed and setup just fine. Any reason this could be happening? Thanks.

Is that machine also a domain controller? You can only enable the Active Directory server module on Directory Controllers...
