Hello,

 

it should be possible to add an dynDNS Host beside of the external IP.

 

Many german providers have dynamic external IPs that change every 24 hours.

 

The App only knows the latest external IP. If a PC is offline for e.g. 3 days, starting with Wake on Lan is not possible.

 

I hope you understand my problem?

Basically you are requesting an override setting to always send WoL packets on a hostname rather than the last known IP address.

 

This could be a good idea since some people may have a server with multiple IP addresses where one IP address (which can happen to be the one he uses on outgoing requests) to be filtered in a firewall.

in Italy is crucial becasue the wan ip change every disconnection and reconnection.
