offline systems

does anyone know whether there is a way to get offline systems to be flagged as a critical notification

 

for example in the notifications tab, then status the top tick box is for when a computer is offline, which that shows as red on the dashboard, but we have that many servers with pc monitor installed that we have the dashboard set up to only show critical alerts but it doesnt show the offline systems

The offline notification has a critical priority. At the moment you cannot change that priority.

thanks for the response. yes it is a critical priority, but it doesnt send a critical notification?

As far as I remember all offline notifications I receive come up as Critical Notifications.

A critical notification is always sent when a system is offline. Your system will have to be offline for 10 minutes for that notification to be sent.
