Juraj Motesicky Posted December 7, 2013 Posted December 7, 2013 I am in the process of testing PC Monitor and I noticed Remote Desktop Connection in the dashboard. I completely turned off the firewall on client's computer but it still comes back with error "Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons" My questions are: 1. is it enabled in the free account or do I need a valid paid subscription? 2. is it to control that particular computer just like sitting at it? 3. is it available for a client's computer running other than Windows Pro? Thank you.
Marius Posted December 7, 2013 Posted December 7, 2013 In this case Dashboard uses Microsoft Remote Desktop tool to do the connection on the public IP (or an IP you configure).
