I am in the process of testing PC Monitor and I noticed Remote Desktop Connection in the dashboard. I completely turned off the firewall on client's computer but it still comes back with error "Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons" My questions are:

 

1. is it enabled in the free account or do I need a valid paid subscription?

2. is it to control that particular computer just like sitting at it?

3. is it available for a client's computer running other than Windows Pro?

In this case Dashboard uses Microsoft Remote Desktop tool to do the connection on the public IP (or an IP you configure).

Thanks for the quick reply. So I need to configure port forward on the client's router and it should match with the port in the dashboard for that specific computer, right?
