    PSA Outlook connector failed to load

    It has been over a year and there still is no resolution to using the Outlook Add-In? The online connector does not allow us to change the default reminder to 1 hour. All calendar events get sent with a 15 minute reminder. Most service calls are more than 15 minutes away. Please either fix the Outlook Add-In or somehow let us change the default reminder to 1 hour.
