[Small Icons on Dashboard]

We have setup the dashboard app on a 4k TV but when a notification pops up it is really small. 

 

Is there any way to enlarge the icons and text.

 

I have set the system display scaling to 300% as recommended by windows but all thats done is enlarge the header of the dashboard, and the scroll bar at the bottom.
