  1. Hi Mark, thank you for your input. I did uninstall / delete all signs of the app, then downloaded currently available dmg from the site. After a reboot there was no change in the behavior cited in my original post. I am going to leave it uninstalled for now, maybe try again in a few months. Thanks again.
  2. At startup both daemon & agent are shown to be running. In Activity Monitor the PCMonitorAgent process is highlighted red and shown to be not responding (consistently after system startup) The only fix on my system is to first quit the process and then: NOTE: after quitting the process the agent is still shown to be running in the menu bar drop-down. - restart the process using: launchctl start PCMonitorAgent After these steps the agent starts and runs without reporting as not responding until the system is restarted. I have not come across any undesired effects from this process running or not; can still access the machine via my devices, for example, and all queries appear to work without issue. Please note that I use this Mac Mini headless the majority of time and connect via RDP. When the app was installed I was logged in remotely from my iPad. This leads me to believe that it could be an issue of permissions (remote account ok, local account - both same name - possibly not ok during initial startup each morning). There are two local user accounts on the machine but system is set to auto login to my primary/admin account. This is the only entry in PCMonitorAgent.log: Dec 2 11:54:53 Mac-Mini.local PCMonitorAgent[710] <Notice>: Starting PCMonitor Agent version 4.0.1 build 7996 The above due to my manual restart of the process.
