    Paul, thanks for the instuctions. Still same issue after creating a new ntdll.dll file. I have reinstalled PcMonitor without resolving the problem.

    Hello same problem here. since upgrading my machine to Windows 8.1 the PcMonitor service no longer automatically starts. Please inform how to rename ntdd.dll to apply Terry's solution. Thanks
