    ah. when i searched I wasn't searching the entire forum, just "this topic". Thank you Paul. I'll be posting a more detailed guide soon if I can make it work. 

Configure browser push notifications

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
