[Failed install on two machines]

That tool did not give me the option of cleaning 3.5. But I cleaned 4 and re-installed it.

 

No change.

Both machines have 3.5 and 4 installed.

 

I'll try removing and re-installing and report back.

 

Both machines are fully updated and patched regularly.

The .dll file does exist. It's in the framework 64/v4.0.30319 folder. Not sure if this is relevant or not.

I've tried to re-install multiple times on my desktop. Including deleting registry values. The laptop is a clean win 7 64 bit install.

No change. The problem persists on both machines.

The laptop did not have .net installed, and was automatically installed.

 

The desktop already had it but I will try re-installing it.

My desktop has been running pc monitor for close to a year now. Suddenly it stopped working.

 

My laptop is a clean build, never installed pc monitor. Both give me the same error on clicking Validate Account, or any other button inside the manager.

Both machines running win 7 64 bit. One is enterprise, the other is ultimate.
