  4. When read a notification, if push in the name of computer, goto the computer Show more text, avoid having to press the ellipsis. There is much unused space. Maybe climbing a line "Received x mintues ago"

Very good idea, the switch for notifications, and timeout. I'am not sure it the nofication time is in seconds or minutes. But I have a bad news. It does not work in windows XP. I have proved it in four machines and none works.

If you have 300 computers, propagate the configuration for all computers, is not invasive

Tested with Mcafee, version Enterprise, and version Home. Boot work. I have observed that sometimes on having started, for the order of the processes the antivirus this one still deactivated, then you receive a notification. When you delete, received another notification all is ok.This generates many false alarms, and many green notification. I believe that it is too verbose.

The event viewer was my firsr idea. But, I use mcafee, and not found nothig in the event viewer, when the antivirus is out of date. Another problem is if the virus stop the antivirus service, no write anithing in the register. API is a great idea, but I do not have knowledge to write it. Probably someone could it reaches API for the usually antivirus Mcafee, Norton... Regards.

Serious a great idea to be able to monitor the antivirus. If out of date, or they have an alert of virus
