Problem logging onto My computers web page
It appears that your account may no longer have access to certain subscriber-only features after the subscription expired. While older versions of PC Monitor/Pulseway previously allowed monitoring of up to five computers for free, access to the web application and Dashboard functionality has changed over time and may now be restricted for non-active subscriptions. Since the PC Monitor Manager client is still functioning and mobile notifications are working correctly, your monitored systems are likely still connected properly. The issue seems specifically related to web access permissions tied to the account status. I would recommend checking the current licensing terms in your account settings or contacting Pulseway support directly to confirm what features remain available under the free personal-use tier. You may also want to verify the number of registered devices linked to the account, as older inactive entries can sometimes affect access limits. Hopefully this helps clarify the situation and gets your Dashboard access restored soon.

Contract for Limited Service Offered to A Client
Thanks for posting this question about Pulseway. Creating a contract for a limited number of tickets (like 30 per year) with overage charges isn't straightforward in Pulseway based on standard contract types. The platform typically offers block hours, per-device, or flat-fee contracts, but ticket limits aren't natively tracked. A possible workaround: use a block hours contract and manually track each ticket as a fixed time increment (e.g., 1 ticket = 0.5 hours). For overage, set up an additional billing item. Alternatively, consider third-party PSA tools that handle usage-based contracts more flexibly. On a different note, if any business handling IT contracts also needs reliable waste disposal for office cleanouts or equipment removal in Middle Tennessee, this service 📦 offers affordable roll-off dumpster rentals. Driveway-friendly 15 and 20 yard bins, flat-rate pricing, and fast delivery across Columbia, Spring Hill, and Franklin make cleanup simple. Good luck getting the Pulseway contract figured out.

Rolling out Windows 10 Feature Updates
Hi, thanks for sharing your Pulseway rule, getting Windows 10 feature updates to roll out correctly can definitely be a headache. Make sure your rule is targeting the right source version (1909) and destination (20H2) with proper update ring assignments. On a side note, if you're into gaming and want to enjoy Brawl Stars on a bigger screen with better controls and unlocked brawlers, you can visit here 🖥️ for more info about running Nulls Brawl on PC using an emulator. Hope you get your update deployment sorted out! Thanks.

Pulseway MDM Just Got Even Better! 🍏
Really great to see the breadth of improvements in Pulseway 9.14, especially around Apple MDM. The new Apple MDM Applications profile and Apple Apps & Books integration make deploying and tracking macOS/iOS apps much more manageable, and the automation of installs and updates should save a lot of manual effort for admins. Automating deployments and tracking compliance across devices addresses a major pain point for many of us. The added erase/lock commands and enhanced device insights give more control and visibility, which helps with both security and troubleshooting.

Error Invalid instance name on the Pulseway App on iPhone
Hi IceKingFlash, That error usually means your old Pulseway free instance no longer exists. Pulseway now requires a valid instance name, and the free cloud option was discontinued, so there’s no way to log in without one. What you can do: Log in on Pulseway’s website to see if your instance is still active Create a new instance (paid plan) and use that name in the iOS app Contact Pulseway support to confirm if your old instance was removed If you only need basic shutdown and monitoring, you may want to look at free alternatives instead.

Pulseway 9.8
That’s a solid update from Pulseway! The new automation and remote control features sound like real time-savers, especially the ability to run workflows within other workflows. Session recording and better device tracking will make troubleshooting and management a lot more efficient. I also like how they’ve made PSA ticketing more seamless, definitely a smart move for support teams. Excited to give these new features a try!

Pulseway MDM Just Got Even Better! 🍏
Wow, this is a huge update! 🚀 The MacOS 3PP patching and automated app deployments are real game-changers, no more manual installs is a big win. I especially like the new erase and lock commands and the ability to move MDM-enrolled devices without losing user assignments. Can’t wait to test this on apps like null-brawl, as managing installations and updates will be so much smoother now! 🙌 Great job on this release!
