    I think the root cause was an Intune policy that was overriding this. My mistake.

    I currently have: Turn off automatic updates Do not defer Quality Updates Defer Feature Updates 180 days Do not include driver updates And for Critical, Important and Optional, it's set to Approve and Install. On my laptop, it's not offering the Windows 11 upgrade. Any idea how to troubleshoot, or what the best settings would be?
