  2. We were able to temporarily resolve this by re-enabling Basic Authentication in Office 365 using the tools found here: Basic Authentication Deprecation in Exchange Online – September 2022 Update - Microsoft Community Hub
  3. I believe this to be related to Microsoft no longer support Basic Authentication, however I'm unable to fix the issue. Our Email Parser in Service Desk is no longer able to connect and staying as Inactive. The email account/user is fine, and we can send to and from it through Outlook and external email services. I've run through the steps found here https://intercom.help/pulseway/en/articles/5488944-oauth2-0-for-microsoft-o365-with-psa-email-parser to enable OAuth 2.0, but I still get the same error: Any ideas?

Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
