[IMAP settings not working - email parser]

No word on this all day. Any help would be extremely helpful otherwise our training class will probably have to be canceled tomorrow.

[IMAP settings not working - email parser]

Hi all,

We have SMTP working fine in PSA Pulseway. I believe the settings are correct in the Email Parser but when testing it can never connect to the server. Any suggestions? I have read through all the asks here that came up when searching IMAP.  Using the same user from SMTP settings page.
