I know this is a little bit of an older post but there aren't many others along the same topic.

You will need to set up scripts to remotely wipe and lock a system down. I have created a special agent group for stolen computers where the next time they go online, the public IP address and SSID gets recorded and the (I believe to be) irreversible process of reinstalling Windows OS starts. The only caveat to this is that the stolen computer has to go online, which is typically not the case in my experience.
No, the remote wipes and locks aren't a 1-button solution. They're Powershell scripts that take 7 clicks in total to initiate if you're looking to run it manually. I'm OK with that considering the impact those have on the end system. The stolen computer group is all automated, however, which should fulfill those types of requirements.

John R. reacted to BobBrown in Patch Management Not Working - Policies not running to install and update
I have an issue logged with Pulseway support and we worked on it for about an hour or so with no resolve.
Basically you run the Policy and Patch folder is not created... nor do any applications install or update, as well as Windows Updates.
    Anyone else having this issue?

As a work around to re-install a corrupt application or new, I used the mobile app, %computername%, patch management and then click Install Applications.
Not the best of solutions but for now a work around if you are having issues also.

    Hey @AndyR
The latest update we have in regards to ARM is that we are now compatible with ARM64 based devices (Raspberry Pi 3 and 4).
We are currently working on some virtualization features so be sure to stay tuned and keep an eye out on our social media and the whats new page for future updates.
If you need anything else, feel free to DM me or drop a reply.
    Thanks,

John R. reacted to Zondor in Schedule Device Disable - How is everyone handling this?
Just wondering how everyone is handling remotely disabling devices?

This is an easy task if the device is on as I can reset their password and restart the device. But scheduling such a thing for next check in is harder.
While ideally, a full loss prevention suite that runs at power on is the ideal solution, it would be nice to have something abit softer.
