On one of my Windows XP (32-bit) computers, the current version of PC Monitor was installed, It had stopped functioning properly. and I found that many files in the PC Monitor folder had been lost. In addition, the PC Monitor entry in the Add/Remove programs list under the Control Panel was not present.

As a result, I cannot run the program, I cannot uninstall the program and I cannot re-install or repair the software because I get error messages stating that "the software already exists", "the service cannot be started on this computer". I do not know the correct procedure to unregister the many dll files if there is one. I simply do not know what to do.

 

Please help to restore a working product on my computer. Your support is greatly appreciated.
