I'm having issues retrieving my password from the website. I know that I'm using the correct username and e-mail because I was able to retrieve my username using my e-mail address. However, when I enter my e-mail and username to retrieve my password it gives me the following error:

 

"Please resolve the following errors
  • Invalid account (1013)."

 

Like I said, I know the account is active because I was able to use my e-mail address to retrieve my username.

 

Any thoughts?
