alterastro Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Hi I currently have 9 PC's monitored, 8 on a business network and my home pc. I'm trying to use the Remote desktop connection feature, but my problem is that all the business PC's are showing the same IP, so if I try to remote desktop it will only connect to the server no matter which pc I select. Is there a setting that I've missed that will change the IP number or something else I'm doing wrong? Thanks Nick
Marius Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Hi Nick, I assume you are referring to the Dashboard app. Right click on one computer and select "Configure Remote Desktop Connection". Hope this helps.
alterastro Posted August 7, 2013 Author Posted August 7, 2013 Ah yes, thank you. But if I am trying to connect to my work PC from home, can I do that? Bearing in mind that each pc at work has just an internal IP. Also, all pc's show the same external IP on the Iphone app. Is it possible to show internal IP's as I can't find a setting for that? And one other question if I may... is there a way to show running applications/programs as in task manager? Many thanks Nick
Marius Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 You can't do that. In order to view running applications use the mobile app - Processes view.
