similar issue when I attempt to login on mobile device

 

error code - invalid username or password

tested several times - login details are 100%

Have lastest version installed - v3.9.3

Galaxy S4

Android 4.2.2

credentials work fine when I Iog in at https://mybomilepcmonitor.com

Is this issue happening since you created your account or just recently ? Did you changed your password (if yes from where). 

What is the actual error code? The numeric value?

Had the issue since I created the acc.

 

Error:

Invalid username and/or password (555). Check for extra space in your username.

 

My login details are 100% correct. username is one word so no spaces.

I can login from another pc but not from mobile with the same credentials.

Tested on Galaxy S4, S3 and Samsung Note2 - same error code.

You have entered an extra space at the end of your username in the mobile app.
