Posted July 28, 201311 yr Hi, Â I can't log into my account via the website or PC agent as the emails containing my two-factor authentication codes are taking several hours to arrive, meaning that the codes are no longer valid when they do. Â Looking at the email headers, they seem to be being delayed before they get to my email provider (Gmail). Is there any way that you could disable two factor authentication on my account so that I can log in? Â Thanks, Â Andrew
July 28, 201311 yr Please email support with your account username and we will disable the two factor authentication for you. Also, we have tested the email with a gmail account and the message is being delivered straight away.
