Can't access web application on dedicated server

When trying to web application on dedicated server (https://dedicatedserver/web)  I get to the login box, enter my login details, and then it pops up the Validating User Account box and  that's it. Just shows the login form with the username/password boxes filled in. Nothing happens now until I refresh the browser, at which the cycle starts again.

Simon, we have sent you an email about this issue - we will need to investigate further but I think your WebApp is pointing to a wrong server Url.
