Hi,

I have managed to install the general PC Monitor apps on my desktop computer, laptop computer and my mobile phone. All of these are running windows 8.

However I believe I have to install the agent software also and when I try to install this on my desktop and laptop it just comes up with an error saying "There is a problem with this installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run". I have downloaded it a few times now to make sure it's not corrupted in any way but to no avail. I am trying to run the 64 bit version.

Any idea's?

Hi Pete,

It could be because our application pre-requisite is .Net Framework 4.0 and It could be possible that It's not installed?

Also, please make sure you run the installer as an administrator.
