Hello, I've reinstalled the software on a rebuilt PC and its been a while since I last used it.  My account was recognized and validated but to make changes I need to log in.  However, the password is not what I thought and I tried a reset but no emails have come through to my Gmail.  Its not trapped in spam either.  Should I just start a new account or is there something I am missing?

Make sure is not in the Spam folder - if it is mark it as "Not Spam"

I had an account forwarding protocol running in email and it wasn't in the main spam folder, but it indeed was being trapped further up the chain and it took a small slap upside the head to figure this out...thanks!
