When I register a new computer on my account, I find an additional (duplicate) entry in the list of computers.

 

In this case, I added a 5th computer to my free account, and now I get a notification that I have registered 6 computers.

 

Did you had the computer on a different account before? This could be the cause of the problem. Simply use the PC Monitor Manager app to remove the offline computer.
