I got everything installed and setup last night.  This morning I started looking at the monitor on my iPhone.  I navigated to the Hard Disk section and expected to only see information about my drives and functionality statistics, but to my surprise, I saw a listing of every file on my computer!  I navigated to a personal folder and saw some very private files; although, I could not open them at all, which is good. This still really concerns me, and I have to ask if any of my file contents are sent to your servers.  Is this the case?

Thanks,

Tony

Tony,

PC Monitor does NOT access any of your files.

Even the feature for sending a file by email is done in such a way that it is using your email account instead of going through our servers.

You can also disable File Browsing if you want in PC Monitor Manager. For more info see our user manual: http://pulseway.com/manual

Hope this helps.

Awesome!  Thank you so much.  This seems to be a very powerful tool, so I am really excited about using it a lot.

Thanks,

Tony
